Team Entry Deadline: July 6, 2010
- Guaranteed minimum 3 games & MVP's medals
- Awards for first and second place teams
- A championship trophy for each division

Just a reminder: Register your team at the tournament headquarter located at VETERANS Soccer field: (10 Judge Avenue, North Bay, Ont.). You must do it one hour before your first game on August 14, 2010 ! thank you.

Requirements:
To be considered for the tournament you must complete the following documets and mail them to the address indicated below before July 6, 2010.
- OSA approved Application toTravel Form (ATF) for teams travelling from outside Soccer North East.
- OSA approved Team Entry Form (TEF)
- Tournament Entry Fee $375.00 cheque or money order payable to: North Bay Selects Soccer Club.
