2009 YOUTH DISCIPLINE HEARING DATES
It is the responsibility of the club and or team’s coach or administrators to notify the player of the date he/she must appear and it is also the club and or team’s responsibility to ensure that the player’s PRB is available for the hearing.
Team stafff requiring to appear must also have their Identification available at the hearing.
DISCIPLINE MEETINGS CONVENE AT 6:30 P.M. AND ALL THOSE REQUIRED TO ATTEND MUST BE IN THE NSA OFFICE NO LATER THAN 7:00 P.M. (The Committee will not stay after 7:00 pm if ther is no one in attendance for a discipline hearing)
